Flashcards
Every Prepare topic's interview questions as cards, scheduled by spaced repetition, plus cards you write or make from your notes.
The cards
Flashcards has more than 5,400 cards in 20 decks, made from the key questions and key challenge of every Prepare topic; each card opens its topic. Pick the decks you want under Decks. Write your own under Create; they go in your own decks and you can edit them. Your progress is kept in this browser and in your account, so it follows you to other devices.
Studying
Review shows the cards due today and the day's new ones. Check is the same queue, but you type your answer first and the AI grades it against the card and suggests a rating. Cram goes through every card in your decks, shuffled, without changing the schedule. Rate each card Again, Hard, Good or Easy; each button shows when you will see the card next. Stats shows your reviews over 26 weeks and the cards due in the next 14 days.
Keyboard
Space shows the answer, 1–4 rate it, Z undoes, F flags, S suspends a card, O opens its topic, E edits a card you wrote, and Ctrl+Enter checks a typed answer.
The schedule
Cards are scheduled with FSRS, the spaced-repetition method that predicts when you will forget each card. New cards come back after 1, 6 and 10 minutes before they move to days. Set your target recall (85, 90 or 95%) and how many new cards a day you see (10 to 50); a higher target means more reviews.
Cards made with AI
Make cards with AI turns pasted notes or a job description into cards you pick from. It and the answer check in Check use Live AI time: your own key on the Engine, your minutes on the CoPilot. The cards themselves, the schedule and Cram are free.
